About Chiko U
inspired by a Hang-Drum player he saw almost every night on his walk downtown Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, Chiko U bought himself a Handpan. After 3 years experimenting, he produced the first CD called "Wake Up & Dance" with his daughter Leila Aimée playing the Saxophone and with additional percussion. Since than nore tunes were created & recorded. It will sound similar to the first one , Leila Aimée playing Sax & additional percussion. Now in 2020 Chiko U produced the CD: "ON TOP" presenting the pure Handpan Sound, only 2 songs are accompanied by Cajón-Bass & Footcabassa, 3 songs are play...
