About Multa Paucis
Multa Paucis (lat. «less is more») is a prize-winning women’s choir established by artistic director Mikael Ringstad Hedne in 2008. The choir, since its conception, has had a particular focus on Norwegian traditional music. It is one of very few choirs that incorporate the traditional singing style “kveding” in their performances. All the singers learn about different traditions, and the singers themselves are thus bearers of the musical tradition in Norway.
