About Yadasofi
Yadasofi was formed in 2018 by drummer and composer Nadav Schneerson. Yadasofi is about embracing our heritage and the connection between our cultures and history. Yadasofi speaks its stories in the form of a high octane sextet with compositions reminiscent of the Post-Bop era. An essence of Free Jazz, Middle Eastern + Jewish Music and West + North African Music are integral to the sound. As well as being heavily influenced by many musicians + groups in the Israeli and London Jazz scenes.
