MEMORIA was formed in Rome (Italy) in 1991, under the direction of Marco Spatuzzi. The band's atmospheric rock repertoire ranges from new age to progressive rock. After some adjustments in the early years, the band found a stable line-up, with Marco Spatuzzi leading on guitar, Federico Berchi on vocals and drums, Alessandro Bianconi on keyboards and Gianfranco Vigneri on bass and finally, in 1997, the band recorded the album "Ai tempi del mio regno".
