JUSSY FLACO. Born and raised in Vallejo, CA. Jussy Flaco grew up listening to whatever his Pop was listening to. Bands like Earth, Wind & Fire, The Brothers Johnson and Kool & The Gang bumped from the speakers of his Pop’s Low Rider as they cruised all throughout Vallejo.
