On October 8th, the Cousins began working on a poignant six-song collection that would become Out of the Darkness. The album's main message is hope and healing. The songs are the trio’s first to combine Hebrew and English, with many direct quotes from Psalms. In the past, they created music outside of the religious music world, but this was a conscious decision to prioritize their Jewish identity.
