Born in Hunan, China, and spending his high school life in Arkansas, Neo Liu had a peripatetic and multicultural childhood before eventually settling in Los Angeles. With a refined and soulful voice, Liu was discovered in a local song contest and professionally trained with Jodi Tomlionson. In 2016, Liu broke ground with the song “Calling for Rain”, which was featured in the feature film “Kingsglaive Final Fantasy XV”.
