Sharp-tongued comedian/actor Kevin Hart was born and raised in Philadelphia, where he cultivated his talent for performing standup. He quit his day job as a shoe salesman and began pursuing comedy full-time, ultimately landing a small role in the Judd Apatow-produced TV series Undeclared. The following year, he starred in his film debut, the urban crime comedy Paper Soldiers. The Roc-A-Fella Records vehicle wasn't exactly a commercial success, but word spread of Hart's riffing abilities and he was cast in over a dozen movies from 2003 to 2010, including Soul Plane, The 40-Year-Old Virgin, B...
