À propos de Mawyd
Mawyd is a reggae band from Bordeaux which was born from the meeting of five musicians from various musical backgrounds. They expanded the formation with two singers to pay tribute to Jamaican music on the model of the I Threes of Bob Marley and The Wailers. During their studies in a music school, they met the guy who's now their FOH dub guy. The LIVE specificity of the band comes from the work of its reggae influences and also from a funk/hiphop groovy sound, distilling a rock energy inspired by soul music and openly jazz friendly.
