Though it's basically just another incarnation of Carl Craig's innovative career, Paperclip People is his most dancefloor-slanted project, resulting in productions quite distinct from the albums released as himself. Recording several singles during 1996 for Britain's Open Records (run by the super-club Ministry of Sound), Paperclip People's unique fusion of tweaked acid-dub and house raised consciousness about Craig on mainstream dancefloors.
