Born Christopher Tyrone Ravenel, Thelonius hails from the small town captial of Harrisburg, PA. Since a young age, it was clear to those around him that he possessed the gift of creativity. Though music wasn't a goal for him, he did show signs by learning to play the piano by ear at the age of 9. His influences were straight from home as he grew up listening to Jazz, Gospel, Pop, Rock & Soul. Having been involved in art shows, poetry recitals and essays, Thelonius established embraced his world long before his exposure to music.
