Adelis first emerged on the Dance Music scene with her debut songs “You Lied” and “As You Held Me” in the summer of 1996. At the young age of 16 she wrote and composed both songs. With her sultry voice and strong vocal delivery Adelis became an instant hit with dance music fans. The song “As You Held Me” was highly praised and featured on several popular Freestyle compilations.
