Outart is a Italian duo composed by Fabio Lo Monaco & Andrea Sirica. Introduced to music at a very young age they quickly decided to set up their own music studio to express their musical talent and passion. They are noticed straight away by System Of Survival (another duo who has been making history being part of Circoloco since its beginning) and in 2009 they take them under their wings by releasing Outart's first track, Shiver's Hole on their label IANVUS71.
