Ceci Mendez is a singer-songwriter from the city of Buenos Aires. Her song Un certain flâneur, that belongs to her first album, Canciones fugaces, was selected to represent Argentina at the 58th Viña del Mar International Song Festival, where she performed with her group. Her second album edited with songs of her authorship, PODER DECIR, was nominated for the Gardel Awards 2019 as best female folklore artist album.
