Based out of Berlin & Paris, Parlez-vous anglais ? is an Indie Dance band formed by Franz Matthews & Franz Jules. PVA started as a solo project initiated by Franz Matthews, a franco-german producer who wanted to mix all of his influences into a groovy Electronic Pop that could fit both in a dance club or a rock venue.
