Giorgos Nikiforou Zervakis was born and raised in Messara, Crete. He studied and graduated from the School of Agricultural Technology of Heraklion Crete while at a young age she was taught Cretan music. He writes lyrics and composes songs and plays Cretan lyre, guitar, mandolin. With power from tradition, he puts forward his own musical proposal, daring to branching out and using modern musical forms, exquisitely given by his personal style, which nevertheless remains purely traditional.
