For more than three decades, Philippe Cohen Solal has made his mark as a self-taught musician, DJ, and producer. In 1995, he founded ¡Ya Basta!, his record label, which became a platform for his projects such as The Boyz From Brazil, Stereo Action Unlimited, and Gotan Project, formed in 1999. Gotan Project’s acclaimed album La revancha del tango sold over four million copies, and the group performed in more than 500 concerts worldwide.
