Second Half is an alt-rock band from Iowa City, weaving together the emo-tinged pop-punk of Modern Baseball, the raw vulnerability of Elliott Smith, and the slacker charm of Pavement. Known for their dynamic songwriting and emotionally resonant lyrics, they craft songs that feel both lived-in and expansive. Their debut EP is due out summer 2025.
