The story begins in the dusty converted loft of a terraced house. Beneath the changing aspect of a skylight window, songwriter, Matt Williams, would sit for hours trying to reignite his creative flame. In a last ditch attempt to recover his muse, he challenged himself to pen one song a day for a month. Inspiration ebbed and flowed, but finally after 30 days, he emerged with a book of hopeful sketches – the beginnings of something new. Teaming up with Grammy Award winning engineer, Chris Wilkinson, the pair set about transforming scratchy lo-fi demo recordings into fully formed productions....
