Jay Ram is the stage name of Dutch singer-songwriter, musician, producer and visual artist Lennaert Koorman, born in Amersfoort 1975. Jay Ram sings devotional music. Both small songs and elaborate mantras. His work is considered as poems and songs from the Heart. His lyrics are often inspired by the great poets like Rumi, Kabir, Blake & Osho. When he meets his Heart Master Naropa in 2015, he falls deeply in Love and becomes his devotee. Soon he starts playing in Naropa’s mantra band Savituriya.
