Favourite Thing consists of Toronto, Canada based songwriter and Producer, FloatOnAir (Danny Bonomo) and Brighton, UK based vocalist and writer Gothe (Leanne Ashley). Formed in 2022, never having met in person, the two bonded over a shared musical love for all things post-punk, dark and ethereal. Danny is inspired by a wide range of harmonies, melodies and rhythms rooted in diverse genres including electronic, chill-out, shoegaze and punk. Lea’s lyrics and vocals are inspired equally by the hope and loss all around us and the beauty we find in these moments.
