A native of Chicago, Olivet entered the Nashville scene in 2013, performing as a fiddle player for bands ranging from Bluegrass/Americana to Pop Punk on legendary local stages such as the Bluebird Cafe, City Winery, Exit/In, and opening for the SteelDrivers at Hop Springs in 2021. The project focuses on creating covers of 60s and 70s pop hits in a uniquely dreamy, timeless style, drawing influence from St. Vincent, Sylvan Esso, and early jazz. Olivet’s first single, a cover of Daryl Hall and John Oates’ “Maneater”, was released in June of 2022.
