Christiaan Verbeek (Texel, 1984) is an award-winning Dutch composer, pianist and multi-instrumentalist. While rooted in jazz and classical music, his musical scope and interests have widened considerably during the last 10 years and brought him diverse collaborations and requests. Next to his own music and developing style, catched on his first own album Texelodes, Christiaan writes music for film and theatre. He has worked with more than 25 directors for about 50 projects.
