Born in France from a blend of Italian, Berber, and Ardèche influences, Oaio was wandering in the Argentine mountains when music and writing first started to itch at her. Immersed in folk music, then falling into Latin American rhythms, she dived into jazz before rushing towards bluegrass, emerging from these adventures with her debut album, Bizarre Monde (Bizarre World).
