Effie Ratsou is a Greek awarded composer, who writes mainly for Film and Theatre. She studied in London and Thessaloniki, Greece. She has composed a large number of theatre and film scores, and has also composed a number of works for contemporary ensembles. Her music has been performed and recorded by distinguished performers and orchestras. In 2019 she released her score for the Greek historic drama ‘Poliorkia’ (The Siege), by Vasilis Tsikaras, under the FM Records label.
