Born in Yakima, WA, Gooty spent some time of his life in Portland, OR where he found his artistic side and was more exposed to free thinking. He took advice from his close friend Luis Herrera and committed to releasing music he’d been writing for years before. His writing includes Yakima’s history of drug flow, gang activity and gun games throughout the city and experiences that led to fallen family and friends.
