Mohammad Reza Pirbodaghi (born June 17, 1982), known Mononymously as Pirbod, is an Iranian singer, musician and composer. He is known for her contributions to Persian pop music. Pirbod was born in Tehran. Her grandfather is of Iranian origins. Pirbod developed an interest in music at a precocious age. Her family encouraged her to pursue music and solfège classes with Iranian pop and folk music celebrity Mohammad Nouri.
