Meredi is a classically trained German-Armenian composer and pianist, whose name means ‘melody’ in Armenian. Born in Berlin in 1992, she began playing an old piano in her family home of her own accord and started lessons at the age of six. She continued her musical education at a performing arts school in the German capital, and studied composition at both the Hanns Eisler School of Music and Berlin University of the Arts, before specializing in Composition for Film and Media at the University of Music and Theatre Munich.
