Originally formed in 2014 as a grindcore project, Foreshadowing Death vocalist and guitarist Brady Shady began to dig deeper and deeper into the darkness. All grindcore sound was abandoned due to his increasing interest in gothic culture. In April of 2016, Foreshadowing Death’s Facebook page was published and a demo song titled, “Pass Through The Gates” (later called "The House of Macabre") was uploaded to the band’s SoundCloud page.
