Bat Boy Bankie, born Joshua White in Atlanta, Georgia and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, creates music rooted in real life and raw experience. After his parents met in Atlanta, his mother struggled with addiction, leading him to be raised by her with the help of other family members in Cleveland from infancy.
