Sulky Palms formed in 2018, initially as Ludvig Roxström’s solo project, but eventually expanded into a four-piece band. Since then, Sulky Palms have established themselves as a staple within Gothenburg’s indie scene, armed with a characteristic style, drawing from post-punk, new wave, krautrock, and psychedelia, and mysterious, yet personal, lyrics about love, longing, death, religion, and animals.
