Withered Veins is a three-piece grunge/heavy metal band formed in Fort Wayne, Indiana in December 2017. They are composed of bassist/lead vocalist David Winn, guitarist/backing vocalist Ace Mirelez, and drummer Nick Degunya. They blend metal with the early 90's Seattle grunge sound and have brought it to Fort Wayne. Withered Veins takes inspiration from such bands as Alice In Chains, Godsmack, Iron Maiden, Kiss, Mastodon, and Deftones. They debuted in the studio with their six-song E.P., 'When Blood Runs Cold' on April 20th, 2019. The album birthed the singles "Pointless Though...
