This a project started as a collaboration between Ryan and Will, with a few songs written by Ryan sending Will over guitar parts, song structures and ideas, Will writing drum sections and providing vocals. Lyrical duties were shared by both. Eventually, Miles was bought in to mix Weightless for release, where they ended up joining full time to assist with the projects development. Over the space of Around 7 months, Pleasure Palaces finalised 8 songs, of which were meant to be split between a few eps and singles taking on different sounds.
