I am a Scottish-Polish Plains Cree Canadian from Maskwacis, AB Canada. I have chief's blood in my veins and music in my soul. I started writing poetry in 2020 as a contingency for self-care. I was restricted as a professional boxer/mma fighter due to the lockdowns. At the time, I was unable to maintain my mental health. Training and competing were all I'd known for such a long time it had limited my capacity to cope. I pivoted after losing myself in bad habits for a moment and turned poetry to songwriting.
