I recently suffered an 8 month hospital stay, 4 of which in ICU. The reason was Gillian-bare syndrome, I went from physically fit to quadriplegic unable to even close my own eyes in a week. My wonderful wife sat by my bed from 2pm to 8pm every day. This song is a thank you to her but I would also like it to raise money for communication equipment. Being unable to speak for so long really takes a toll.
