MackMando, known simply as Mando — or “Delta” to those closest to him — is a true product of the West Coast. Raised between Stockton and Sacramento, California, he grew up more fluent in rhythm and language than numbers. Music stuck early. He played in school bands and was at the top of his literature classes, sharpening the storytelling instincts that would define his artistry. Inspired by artists like Tupac Shakur, J.
