illegal (a.k.a ill. Tong Pham) was born in 1998, from District 9, Thu Duc City. 2007, ill first came into contact with hiphop in middle school and became a rapfan. Currently, ill is working in the SeuCo - 9SIDE art ecosystem and feels fortunate to have found an environment to nurture and accompany. iIl's daily companions are wired headphones, notebooks and pens.These objects accompanied me when I was in school as tools to record, analyze, and interpret the external and internal world. ill pursues surrealism, where everyday stories intersect with subconscious vibes.
