Old Capital is based in Le Mans, France, created by Judi K, a musician and sound technician working since the late 90’s. Today principally dubplate mixer for several selectas and sound systems, he started his musical Journey in local reggae bands between 1995 and 1999. When he discovered the sound system business, he started to buy a tape recorder and a microphone to record the singers around him.
