Lil Jason, born Jason Garver on December 15th, 1992, in Norfolk, VA, spent much of his childhood there before moving to places like Clearfield, PA, Richmond, VA, Exmore, VA, and back to Norfolk, where he eventually settled in 2015. Growing up in a turbulent environment marked by crime and narrowly escaping a life sentence, Lil Jason began writing lyrics at just 13 years old.
