Renato Picerno a.k.a SOCA MC is an Ecuadorian MC, songwriter and composer who defines his artistic journey as the pursuit of music that is born, rescues and highlights the human component of music creation. Rather than a "stardom/celebrity" oriented approach, his music points towards genuine, sincere and earthly situations. Over time his music style has developed and, what once started as Hip Hop music, has progressively adapted new sounds and resources resulting in a mix of a wide variety of genres such as Hip Hop, Pop, Jazz, Acoustic and Spoken Word.
