Working part-time at a college cafeteria in a foreign country, an engineering student saved around fifty dollars to buy his first guitar. Weeks of practice and a ton of scratches and recordings later, B-Leaf came to life. Since his childhood, B-Leaf has been in the midst of music. He started training as a vocalist in Hindustani classical and then the Indian percussion instrument tabla, all when he was just six years old. Later when he turned ten, he began learning the violin.
