Phil Mills (alias phil//mills) is a British artist and producer based in the Netherlands. His music has varied between Industrial Metal (Nerve) and Post Rock (Tickets Go Past) and lately, as a solo artist, between Ambient and Cinematic Techno. Each piece is a like a tiny movie set in a brooding, half-lit world: a space that can be both unsettling and uplifting and where anything can happen.
