Tolga "TOBY" Mazhar is a singer, songwriter, producer and audio engineer. His earliest musical memories are the likes of D'Angelo, George Michael, Prince, Boyz 2 Men and Stevie Wonder. In 2019 he made his debut as a producer and collaborated with Darko Dimitrov and Milan Laca Radulovic on Elena's "2000's" and "Zabranjujem". He later went on to produce and co-write records for major artists in Eastern Europe such as Raus, 2bona and more.
