Loosely defined as Americana/Indie Rock, Painted Canyon is a rock band hailing from Chicago. Formed in the summer of 2019, they released their first full length album Permanent Reflection in March 2021, working with renowned engineer-producer, Mike Hagler at Kingsize Sound Labs. With his fingerprints all over Wilco, Billy Bragg/Wilco, Neco Case, Waco Brothers, Maps & Atlases, Califone, Calexico and My Morning Jacket, the band put their debut in good hands.
