ColdSweat started in 2001, with guitarist Keith Schroetlin and drummer Travis Christiansen at Wayne State College. Both of them had aspirations for something greater and started asking around to complete the lineup in the form of another guitarist, bass player and singer. These spots were soon filled and the ColdSweat lineup was formed. Several years later, ColdSweat parted ways with their singer and subsequently released a 3 song EP entitled, Roach Soldier-1.
