Nalla is a singer-songwriter based in Tokyo. Born and raised in Los Angeles surrounded by a family of consisting of opera singers and multi-instrumentalists, Nalla took up singing early in her life. Her unique cross-cultural and cross-genre sound springs from a potpourri of styles ranging from not only just pop, hip-hop and R&B, but also J-pop, visual-kei, emo and punk, resulting in a futuristic mix of east and west for the post-YouTube generation.
