Lucia Honey is a New Orleans-based troubadour and video director. She began performing as a drag queen in art school but was tired of lip syncing other people’s songs, so she began a noise project in 2014. Studying video and performance art, music felt like the perfect place to meld genres and house a pantheon of diva personas. Since then, she’s cultivated a unique blend of poetry pop, dark wave, and folk and made her own way as both a visual and recording artist.
