With influences like Hayley Williams, Arlo Parks, Maggie Rogers, Amy Winehouse and Medium Build, I make music that bends genre out of spite with lyrics born from a bleeding heart. Starting with me and a keyboard ending with dramatic layers of ugly truth helps me keep past mistakes and moments alive on paper, instead of in memory. Sometimes you’ve gotta tell it like it is without really saying it, or you might end up saying it too hard.
