John Penman is a Michigan-based rapper, singer, and pianist who blends elements of hip hop, neo-soul, and R&B to create his unique sound. Penman has established himself as a rising star in the Midwest music scene. Penman's love of music began at 3 years old with his first piano, followed by drums at 4, later teaching himself to sing.
