By putting together elements from the underground music history of Porto, GRINDEAD were born in 2015 as a four- piece band that brings the feeling of rawness back to venues and festivals, with songs that unload the heaviness and abrasiveness of death metal and grindcore, but still retain some strong riffs and groovy rhythm. The members of the band are no strangers to the Portuguese music scene, having been through bands like Genocide, Raising Fear, Bal Onirique, Lost Gorbachevs, Cães Vadios, Mysterium, Hospital Psiquiátrico, among several others.
